Where to Collect

Once you have booked, we will be in contact to confirm your allocated  Apartment throughout your stay!

On the day of arrival, you will need to collect the keys from our office 'Unity lets, 96 North Hill, Plymouth, Devon, PL4 8EX. 

​

The set of keys will include 

​

-Main front door key to enter the block

-Apartment front door key

-Gate key to enter property courtyard

​

Our staff will text you the details on the day with safe code details on the number provided for your booking.

We ask that you are respectful to the neighbours throughout your stay and comply with our house rules. 

​

Please ensure that rubbish is put in the correct bins if needed. 

​

For any smokers, please exit the private courtyard when doing so as is it a non-smoking area.

​

Please ensure when opening the gate to Elizabeth Court that you close this behind you when entering and exiting the premises.
